• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.

• Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-show appointments.

• Appointments may be rescheduled once with proper notice and the deposit will transfer to one future booking.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash and card.

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

• Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

• Late arrivals will still be charged for the full service time.

• Please arrive with clean skin when possible.

• Avoid active sunburn, open wounds, or active infections in the treatment area.

• For advanced services, please discontinue use of retinol, exfoliating acids, and other active ingredients 3–5 days prior to your appointment unless otherwise directed.

If you are unsure whether a service is safe for you, please contact me prior to booking.

• Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and home care.

• No refunds are offered for services rendered.

• If you have concerns, please contact me within 24 hours so we can address them appropriately.

• Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, and skin sensitivities during your consultation.

• Services may be adjusted or declined for safety reasons.

• To maintain a relaxing environment, please attend appointments alone unless previously approved.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, comfort, or policy violations.
